During Lent our pupils and staff gather together each week to reflect upon the journey Jesus took over two thousand years ago. Some pupils have reenacted the Stations of the Cross, reflecting on the journey of Jesus to Calvary. With reverence and sensitivity, they have taken on different roles, helping one another to understand the meaning of each station — from Jesus being condemned to death to His crucifixion and burial.

Through drama, stillness, and shared prayer, we have deepened our understanding of sacrifice, forgiveness, courage, and love. This special time of reflection has allowed us to not only to learn about this important part of our faith, but also to grow in empathy and compassion as we walked together in Jesus’ footsteps.
